There are two ways for XP Members to enjoy social moments: Me Booking lets them secure a AXP House Lounge Spot at their convenience, while We Booking allows them to host a social meetups at the entire AXP House.

  • The XP Social Meetup booking conditions are as under:

    • Me Booking:

      XP Members can access AXP House anytime by booking a Lounge spot for a fee of C$10 +HST for each visit. Each reservation allows for a maximum stay of 2 hours.

      • Guests can be accompanied upon payment of reservation usage fee.

      • Limit on the number of guests is 3 per visit.

    • We Booking:

      XP Members can host social events at AXP House for a rate of $65 +HST per hour.

      • Minimum 2 hours are required.

      • Maximum capacity is 30-Seated as per premium seating format.

      • Non-Members are welcome to book the space as well, but the cost is $85 +HST per hour.

      • Non-Members can request for XP Membership Enrollment through the XP Social Event Booking Request Form. Upon approval of the XP Membership application, an Annual Enrollment Fee of C$65 is required.

  • Please read Terms of Service carefully as these terms and conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings/reservations for AXP House events are accepted. The person making the booking/reservation will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service on behalf of all persons/guests who will be invited and visited at AXP House under the booking/reservation (once the booking/reservation is accepted and confirmed by AXP House).

    Booking Policy

    • Prior on-line booking is required

    • Need to purchase facility user insurance

    • Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments

    • No smoking

    • No alcohol

    • No cooking

    • Photography is allowed

    • Furniture may be moved subject to prior XP management approval

    • Outside food is allowed subject to prior XP management approval

    Cleaning Policy

    • Clean common areas including lounge, studio, bathroom, and entrances.

    • Collect and clean dishes, other provided host amenities, if applicable.

    • Remove garbage

    Cancellation Policy

    • Booking cancellations until 7 days before the event start time - Receive a full refund (excluding processing fees)

    • Booking cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time - Receive a 50% refund (excluding processing fees)

    • Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

  • This form must be read and signed before the participant is allowed to take part in any XP Social Event at AXP House.
