XP Members have the option to select between two models for Channel Partner Collaboration:

MSE - Market, Sell & Engage or MSM - Market, Sell & Manage

    • Our Flash Pop-Up Shop events offer a one-of-a-kind opportunity to showcase your exclusive items in a dynamic and engaging setting. By selling your products or services through these events, you can create a sense of engagement and excitement among customers, leading to increased interest and sales. By establishing a strong brand presence in the market, our XP Members can differentiate themselves from competitors and cultivate customer loyalty.

    • Our User Experience demo at AXP House provide an excellent opportunity for our Partners to listen all aspects of the end-user's interaction with the company, its services, and its products. These events (Digital, Virtual or In-Person) often feature insightful presentations, panel discussions, and workshops that focus on the latest trends and advancements in the areas of business, commerce and technology.

    • Our Digital Marketplace also known as ‘XP Digistore’, is an innovative platform for our XP Members that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers in the digital realm. It provides a virtual space where various goods, services, and information can be exchanged effortlessly and conveniently around the globe.

    • Our Satellite Office offers numerous strategic advantages including operational efficiency, brand visibility, customer engagement, business development and market reach. Additionally, it focuses on forging strategic partnerships and exploring new business avenues, driving growth and expansion. Establishing a Satellite or Representative Office is a key step towards strengthening our Members market position and achieving long-term success.

  • The XP Snapup Program has two Collaboration Models, as outlined below:

    • MSE: Market, Sell & Engage

      The objective of MSE model is to support our XP Members to effectively reach, persuade, and connect with potential customers through strategic marketing, sales events, and engaging interaction. Implementing effective strategies to market, sell, and engage can significantly impact a company's growth and overall success.

      • Three features will be available, the Flash Pop-up Shop, User Experience Demo, and Digital Marketplace

      • All current or newly approved XP Members are eligible to participate.

      • No upfront cost for CX events, profit-sharing model only.

      • An Engagement Fee of 10% to 30% will be charged on closed deals/sell-purchase transactions.

    • MSM: Market, Sell & Manage

      The primary focus of MSM model is to effectively represent our XP Members and actively engage in marketing, selling, and managing business relations. This approach ensures that we can efficiently meet the diverse demands and unique needs of our channel partners' potential customers.

      • Four features will be available, the Flash Pop-up Shop, User Experience Demo, Digital Marketplace, and Satellite Office.

      • All current or newly approved XP Members are eligible to participate.

      • No upfront cost for CX events, profit-sharing model only.

      • An Engagement Fee of 10% to 30% will be charged on closed deals/sell-purchase transactions.

      • A Satellite office incurs an annual one-time fee of $365 + HST.

  • There are 3 registration options for the XP Snapup program based on your Membership status.

    OPTION A: NEW REGISTRATION FOR NON-MEMBERS

    5-step simple process to register for XP Snapup new registration.

    • Step 1 : Submit your XP Snapup Program Registration Request Form

      • Make sure to select 'XP Member Enrollment Request Option' in the XP Snapup Registration Application Form to be a part of Preferred XP Member Network

    • Step 2: Pay XP Membership Annual Enrollment Fee (C$65) via secured link once registration is approved

    • Step 3: Finalize Collaboration Model that you want to pursue

    • Step 4: Sign the Channel Partner Agreement along with XP Event Terms of Reference

    • Step 5: Organize your Customer Experience engagement

    OPTION B: NEW REGISTRATION FOR XP MEMBERS

    4-step simple process to register for XP Snapup new registration.

    • Step 1 : Submit your XP Snapup Program Registration Request Form

    • Step 2: Finalize Collaboration Model that you want to pursue

    • Step 3: Sign the Channel Partner Agreement along with XP Event Terms of Reference

    • Step 4: Organize your Customer Experience engagement

    OPTION C: REPEAT REGISTRATION FOR XP MEMBERS

    3-step simple process to register for XP Snapup repeat registration.

    Notes:

    XP Snapup host must be a valid XP Members. Non-Members can request for automatic enrollment while completing the registration process.

    Your XP Snapup Registration Request will be reviewed and given a decision from our Management Committee to ensure that you align with our Channel Partner criteria.

    All decisions are final and made within the sole discretion of AXP House and its affiliates. We have no obligation to provide any reason for rejecting or approving your application for registration.

    XP Event Host/Vendor is solely responsible for the goods and services that they may sell through AXP House XP Event (including description, price, fees, tax, calculate, returns, refunds, defects, required legal disclosures, regulatory compliance, offers or promotional content), including compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
